From the submissions, 104 companies were honored: 37 winners, 58 runner‑ups, and 9 recipients of special appreciation awards, recognizing achievements in areas ranging from mobile apps, software export, digital content creation, e‑governance, research & development, to emerging tech like AI, IoT, and fintech.
The Awards serve as both recognition and catalyst: many of the honored companies boast growing export revenues, employ large numbers of youth, and represent sectors that drive job creation. Founders emphasized how visibility, mentorship, and peer benchmarking help sharpen their focus and accelerate growth. For many startups, being part of this platform opens doors to partnerships, funding, and international exposure.
Chairpersons and guests noted that the Awards are a barometer of competitiveness. They reflect how Pakistan’s companies are not only innovating but scaling, becoming export‑oriented, and improving quality. Inclusivity was also a theme: women‑led ventures, student teams, and regions historically underrepresented in tech saw notable participation and recognition.
By recognizing diverse talent, celebrating both large and small players, and underlining competitiveness, HBL‑P@SHA ICT Awards 2025 reinforced Pakistan’s commitment to becoming a major hub of digital transformation. The outcomes are promising: stronger startups, increased export capacity, and rising global credibility for Pakistan’s tech industry.
